Jake Conger founded Precision in June 2015, continuing a proud family legacy in the trades. Inspired by his father, a skilled carpenter, and his grandfather, an Operating Engineer who helped build I-75 through Kentucky, Jake brought 23 years of experience in commercial contracting and construction management from Conger Construction, where he rose from Laborer to COO. He launched Precision with grit, one partner, two trucks, and three machines. Today, it’s a thriving team of 31, backed by a fleet of 16 vehicles and 27 machines—growing 876% in just ten years.
