With a career spanning over two decades, Hank has cultivated a wealth of experience in mechanics, trucking, and site development; demonstrating a steadfast commitment to excellence and growth. In 2024, his leadership and interpersonal skills further solidified his position as both General Superintendent and company psychiatrist at Precision – reflecting a unique ability to support both operational and team dynamics!
In 2017, Hank joined Precision Site Development, initially contributing as a laborer, mechanic, and truck driver. In 2020, Hank was promoted to Pipe Foreman, followed by an elevation to Pipe Superintendent in 2023.
Beginning in 2000, Hank pursued technical education at Universal Technical Institute (UTI) in Chicago, Illinois, where he earned certificates in Diesel Mechanics and Hydraulics. While completing his studies between 2000 and 2002, Hank also gained practical experience as a mechanic at Alexander Equipment - specializing in tree chippers, tub grinders, and screens.
In 2002, Hank transitioned to a role as a mechanic for G.E. in Dayton, Ohio, where he expertly maintained semi-trucks and trailers until 2005. Building on this expertise, Hank ventured into entrepreneurship by founding his own trucking company, which operated successfully from 2005 to 2017. The company was known for hauling specialized and oversized products, showcasing Hank’s ability to handle complex logistics and transportation needs.
