Jacob Conger founded Precision in June 2015, carrying forward a proud family legacy rooted in trades and construction. Inspired by his father, a masterful carpenter, and his grandfather, an Operating Engineer who was instrumental in constructing I-75 through Kentucky in the 1960s, Jacob has built a career defined by dedication, craftsmanship, and vision.

Before establishing Precision, Jacob spent 23 years at Conger Construction, a commercial general contracting and construction management firm. His journey at Conger Construction exemplifies his determination and expertise, as he rose through the ranks from Laborer to Chief Operating Officer. Following his departure from the company, Jacob sold his shares and embarked on a bold new chapter.

With steadfast commitment, grit, and a small yet determined team comprising just one other person, two trucks, and three pieces of machinery, Jacob laid the foundation for Precision. Under his leadership, the company has grown into a thriving enterprise, boasting a team of 31 full-time employees, a fleet of 16 vehicles, and an impressive arsenal of 27 pieces of machinery. Precision has experienced remarkable success, achieving extraordinary growth of 876% over the past decade.
