Brad is an experienced professional with six years of comprehensive expertise in the site development and underground construction sector, currently holding the position of Project Coordinator at Precision. Brad plays an integral role in ensuring the seamless execution of site operations by providing field teams with essential resources, materials, and permits required to perform their tasks with efficiency and safety.
Over the course of his career, Brad has cultivated an extensive skill set encompassing utility installation, heavy equipment operation, and project coordination. His prior roles in the field have enabled him to develop exceptional technical proficiency and leadership capabilities, rendering him an invaluable asset to the industry.
As a Pipe Layer, Brad specialized in the installation and maintenance of underground piping systems, including those for water, sewer, and stormwater infrastructure. In this capacity, he successfully led a team of four crew members, ensuring the precise execution of installations in strict adherence to quality standards and industry regulations. Demonstrating mastery in operating a diverse array of machinery—including off-road and haul trucks, excavators, skid steers, and track loaders—Brad effectively managed earthwork operations during his tenure as a Heavy Equipment Operator. His meticulous approach ensured timely project completion and precision grading that aligned with established project specifications.
In his current role as Project Coordinator, Brad oversees critical operational aspects of site management, including material procurement, inventory tracking, and logistical coordination. He ensures the timely delivery of key materials, such as gravel and piping, while supervising the off-site removal of surplus materials. Collaborating closely with project managers and field crews, Brad minimizes operational delays and optimizes workflow efficiency. Brad has undertaken professional certifications and training, including completing programs at Heavy Equipment Colleges of America and obtaining his OSHA 10 Certification. Beyond his civilian career, Brad has honorably served in the United States Army National Guard, including an overseas deployment during Operation Enduring Freedom (OEF).
